REWILDING | A Woodland Experience with Andy's Outings & Marie Monroe

Step away from the noise of modern life and spend a full day reconnecting with nature, yourself and the people around you.

REWILDING brings together ancient survival skills, connection with the Earth, meditation, music, movement and conscious creation for an immersive day in the woodland.

Your morning begins with Andy’s Outings, where you'll explore the woodland and learn practical bushcraft and survival skills, reconnecting with the natural environment and some of the skills our ancestors relied upon.

Lunch is provided, giving everyone time to relax, refuel and connect. You're also encouraged to bring your own musical instruments, whatever they may be, ready for the afternoon around the fire.

After lunch, Marie will guide you into a deeper experience of Earth connection and presence, beginning with meditation before gathering together around the campfire.

We'll use music, instruments, singing, movement and connection to create an uplifting, liberating space where you can let go, get out of your head and reconnect with yourself and the people around you.

We'll then move into a teaching on reality creation, exploring how our thoughts, beliefs, perception, identity and choices influence the reality we experience, and how we can become more conscious of the reality we are creating.

This isn't a day spent sitting in a classroom.

It's a day to learn, experience, connect, move, create and rewild.
