Energy healing, in person, no reading attached.

You stay fully clothed and you don't have to do anything except lie there. I work with reiki and sekhem, moving through your field and settling whatever needs settling.

What it's actually doing

Your nervous system has two gears. One is for handling threat, and one is for repairing, digesting and recovering. Most people are running the first one nearly all the time without realising, because modern life keeps it switched on. And your body can't do proper repair work while it's braced.

What healing does is get you out of that gear. Deeply. Not the way an hour on the sofa does, properly.

What it feels like

Everyone's different. Most people go somewhere between deeply relaxed and asleep. Some feel heat, or tingling, or a heaviness that lifts partway through. Sometimes emotion comes up and moves through, and that's welcome, not a problem. Some people feel very little at the time and then notice the difference over the following days.

There's nothing you need to believe for it to be worth lying down for. Come as you are.
