Coherence | In Person Reading with Reiki and Sekhem Healing

A full in person reading, then healing straight after, while everything is still open.

We do the whole reading first. Your general field, then Mind, Body and Spirit, with you in the room able to ask as we go. Then you lie down and I work on whatever the reading brought up, with reiki and sekhem.

Why these two belong together

The reading finds it. The healing shifts it.

That's the honest reason I bundle them. Something always surfaces in a reading, usually the thing you've been carrying so long you stopped noticing the weight of it. And once it's been named and you're sat there with it right at the surface, that's the moment it moves most easily. Come back for healing three weeks later and it's settled back down again.

Where the name comes from

Coherence is a real term for what happens when your heart rhythm, your breathing and your nervous system stop pulling in different directions and start working as one system. It's measurable in heart rate variability, and it's associated with the state where your body actually repairs rather than defends.

That's what this is for. The reading shows you where you're pulling against yourself. The healing settles the system back into one rhythm.

What the healing itself is like

You stay fully clothed and you don't have to do anything at all. Most people go somewhere between deeply relaxed and asleep. Some people feel heat, some feel emotion come up and move through, some feel nothing much until afterwards when they notice they're lighter.

You'll want a bit of space afterwards. Don't book anything straight after this one.
